December 2017 was one of the best months so far, and a lot of things happened. It was already Christmas in full swing, and although I don’t remember much of the first week, the second week was very good. I also started listening to more Soundcloud artists like Lil Peep and others like him. I started to work on my handstands more, and am very close to being able to do one.
I went over to my friend Sean’s house, and we had some good times, and wrecked his golf cart, which wasn’t good.
I saw some good and some bad movies this month. “Bedeviled” was one of the worst movies I have ever seen, but the cliche-ridden movie was so bad it was almost good, and my brother and I had fun watching it. I also saw “The Last Jedi”, which was the most controversial movie of this year. I saw it twice, once in a normal theater with my friends, and once with my dad and brother. Without going to in depth, I thought it was a decent movie, but not a good Star Wars movie. It just had too many plot holes and it broke a lot of the rules previously set up by the universe.
My family and I had a good Christmas, and I got a synthesizer for Christmas (A Korg Volca Keys to be more specific), so I have been messing around with that for most of break. I do occasionally get a litle depressed at my dad’s when I am away from home so long, so I don’t usually wake up until around 11:00 or so, I don’t know why. I also got Battlefront 2, and despite it’s flaws, I am having a lot of fun in it, despite it being fairly difficult to play.I saw some good Christmas movies like “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “It’s a wonderful Life”, and did all of the Christmas traditions my family normally does, like hot cocoa and decorating the tree.
My favorite memories from this month were just waking up everyday, doing my short list everyday, and relaxing and playing Battlefront 2 and CoD WWII with my friends. We also saw the movie "Passengers" twice.
My brothers and I started to play the Star Wars Roleplaying Game again, and we have been playing it every day, and are having a lot of fun with it, however, time seems to pass very quickly when you play it. I am starting to get back into running, but I must have caught a cold because my throat feels raw as of writing this. Overall, December, and the holidays are a great experience, and it seems like I haven’t had a bad month this year, we’ll see if that will change.
